Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we are unable to completely manage it because of the fact that multiple parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your product, we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
